Verner Panton spent many years developing a method for moulding a plastic chair in one piece. Together with Vitra, he came up with the first prototypes in the 1960s and Panton Chair went into production as of 1967. Classic Panton Chair is made of rigid expanded plastic and has a lacquered surface in red, white and black. A nice showpiece for homes, cafes, restaurants, office, museums and, in fact, can be used everywhere.
